My expressive typographic explorations were 16 in total, a neutral one and 15 other explorations equally split into three categories: reading, understanding and seeing. The chosen poem for these explorations was Promises of the Storm by Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish, which was later composed by Lebanese singer and Oud player Marcel Khalifeh in 1976.
