Welcome to the embodied side of my creative world! Away from the screen, you'll find me in the studio, inking up my stone and experimenting across different printmaking processes. My practice often interweaves drawings, digital images, archives, maps and text as means of narrative-shifting. Recently, my work has focused on the timeless paradox of war on and within my ancestral Homeland—exploring notions of permission, erasure and power. Here are some of my most cherished works.
part I of "I turned to the waves of our sea instead (I heard them whisper our return)" (2025). Series of hand-tinted lithographs (olive, cedar (cedrus libani), orange blossom, thyme), 10 x 13 in.
"we agreed for 15 years only [1975—]" (2024). Lithograph, 16 x 20 in.
"when sediments decide to welcome us (Tyre, 1979)" (2024). Lithograph, 22 x 28 in.
"First, we will defend the clay of our pots" (2023). Silkscreen on paper, 14 x 18 in.
